We don't often need support with our home's garage door, but whenever we have we call these guys. They're always quick to respond - provide clear recommendations and show up when they say they will. Small firm - so you're not messing around with answering services. Cost wise they're great and provide options on how to solve your problem.

The coordinator indicated that a technician will arrived that day by noon, which he did. He diagnosed the issue immediately and has the parts to fix it within an hour. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.

The solution was executed timely and professionally. For me, the solution was to replace my 20+ year old system. Replacement took about an hour and was painless for me. The representative also replaced the emergency release that I had recently purchased. I am so grateful I called Premium Garage Doors for help!!

He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and personable. The price was extremely reasonable. Parts have a 6-year warranty and labor has 2 years. Can’t beat that. Next time I have any problems with my garage door I will immediately reach out to Premium. I would encourage you to do the same!!

Premium Garage Door came and Robert assessed the problem and everything was fixed within 45 minutes. Robert answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. He is super helpful and explained the entire process, answering my many questions with patience and kindness. We will always use Rob for all of garage door needs!

Our tech, Rob, was very communicative and even got us worked into the schedule sooner than our appointment, less than 24 hour turnaround time for spring and pulley replacement. Repair time itself took less than quoted too, and included a warranty in the work. Incredibly positive experience all around - truly felt like these guys went above and beyond. Would not hesitate in the slightest to call them up again! Thank you!
