I had a broken spring on my garage door. I filled out the form on their site, and they called me back not long after. I explained the issue, they gave me a price, and we set something up for the following day. They messaged me when they were on their way, and replaced the springs without issue. It was a good experience.

I called them in the afternoon and they sent out there worker Mateo that evening. He is a hard worker, respectful and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He had to replace my shaft, spring and coil. They do not take advantage of you and only replace what you need. I would highly recommend them.

My service was A+++. The technician was prompt, and communicated regularly regarding arrival time. Technician was quite knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and gave instructions on how to operate the system when he was done. Very patient and friendly. As a female, I was very comfortable with the technician. I would use this company again!

Service was amazing. They came right away, they were on time, they stuck with their estimate, which was discounted, and the work was done quickly and so professionally. They also didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell me. They get all my future garage work!!!! Amazing service which is often surprising these days.

Closed the garage door and a few seconds later I heard one of the springs snap. After calling around to a number of 5 star places these guys were the first to give me up-front pricing over the phone that didn’t sound like they were going to upsell me. Ben arrived right in the window they gave me after texting when he was on his way. Quick, professional service and he tested the door and balance a few times to ensure the replacement spring was tensioned properly. He made sure the door hinges rollers and springs were properly lubricated and was on his way. Thanks Ben and Premium Garage Door!

Premium Garage Door, and Ben, our service technician, really are the best in the area. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy best describes my experience with Premium and Ben. The garage motor was replaced with a cost effective and high quality unit. I wholeheartedly recommend calling Premium for your garage door needs. Rarely do I leave reviews, but this company deserves credit for their service and a job extremely well done.

On time, fast, efficient and they got me back in the game. Spring broke, replaced in about an hour at a very reasonable price…. Got two other quotes but their deal and savings were too good to pass up.

The process of getting our new garage door installed was seamless. First guy came out, surveyed the premise, and sent us a quote for the installation. We paid it, and they ordered the door and all of its auxiliary components. About six (6) days later, they were at my house for the installation. Ose, and his partner Jonathan who came out to install the new garage door were excellent. They explained how the new door works, as well as helping me set up the Wi-Fi function so I could open it up with my phone. I would highly recommend Premium Garage Door for your garage door needs.

I highly recommend Premium Garage Door. Our torsion spring broke on a Friday night. I reached out late in the evening and heard back immediately. They confirmed a next day appointment and provided an estimate over email. They arrived on-time, got to work immediately, executed the repair promptly, and took the time to coach me on additional maintenance options I could do in the years to come. This was a great experience.

Five Stars: Emergency Service and Unmatched Professionalism! This is my second time calling on Premium Garage Door in Alexandria, VA, and they have once again exceeded expectations. This last visit was an absolute emergency: our main garage door spring broke late at night, trapping our cars inside. It was a major panic moment. I sent a late-night email explaining the situation, and to my surprise, I received an almost immediate response that resulted in an early morning appointment. Their speed and dedication to customer support were truly invaluable. The technician arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and had the broken spring replaced perfectly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They provide great service, have professional technicians, and are a reliable team you can trust, especially when you need them most. Premium Garage Door is the only company I will ever use and one I will always refer to friends and family.
